  • We primarily serve Davidson, Williamson, Cheatham, Maury, Rutherford, and Wilson counties. However, we welcome professionals from across the Middle Tennessee area and beyond.

  • We are an autonomous and independent chapter of PayrollOrg (PAYO). While we are affiliated with the national organization and have won multiple "Chapter of the Year" awards , PAYO assumes no responsibility or liability in connection with our specific chapter activities.

  • We host meetings on the third Thursday of each month from 11:45 AM to 1:15 PM CST. Locations vary across the city to accommodate different members, but we often offer hybrid or fully virtual options.

  • Yes. Our chapter strives to be a continuous source of education, and we offer PAYO-approved Recertification Credit Hours (RCH) for our meetings and events.

  • Yes. We organize study groups for professionals preparing for both the Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) and Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) exams

  • Yes, guests are welcome. The registration fee is $45 for non-members, while members enjoy a discounted rate of $30.

  • The regular rate of membership is $65 annually. The membership year runs from October 1 through September 30.
